House of Habib is seeking a Deputy Manager Finance for one of its group companies! The position is Karachi based (Shahrah-e-Faisal) and females are encouraged to apply. Following is a brief JD:
Manage the centralized vendor database for all businesses in SAP
Assist in auditing vendor management cycles.
Prepare AGM, Board, and Audit Committee meeting materials, meeting minutes, and other secretarial tasks.
Regularly update/prepare the Standard Procedure Manual for Procurement, Financial Controls, Treasury, CAPEX/Fixed Assets, Sales, and Inventory Management based on changes in business scenarios.
Coordinate with Provident and Retirement Fund Managers for annual audit and financial statement preparation, manage Trustee meetings and submit mandatory investment requirements to SECP.
Prepare yearly budgets, quarterly accounts and coordinate annual statutory/financial audits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is a plus.
Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance and corporate reporting.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
