Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Customer Care Associates:
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Customer Care Associates” to join its E-COM team.
Job Location: E-Store, Peco Road, Near Nadra Office, Lahore, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
· Will be responsible to handle Customer queries and complaints within the defined timelines and Company policies.
· Should be able to respond Customer queries via Phone call & Social Media Platform.
· Should be able to evaluate customer’s need through different channels.
· Should have good written and verbal communication skills both in English & Urdu to effectively manage the customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum Graduation.
· 1-2 years of experience is required in the same capacity.
· The ideal aspirant should have:
· Good command on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, & correspondence).
· Proficient in using MS Office.
