WE’RE HIRING. Manager Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Reporting to: Head of QMS & Compliance
Location: Karachi
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities:
- Provides quality oversight of cGMP supplier/third party (TP) management program and manages staff activities.
- Ensures that the Supplier/TP Management program at the site is compliant with local and global requirements.
- Prepare audit plans and execute Supplier/TP audits.
- Reviews and approves Supplier/TP Audit Reports and Quality Agreements timely along with update in database.
- Oversees KPIs, Approved List, Investigations, Corrective Action Requests, and Annual Quality Review of Supplier/TP.
- Assesses Change Controls and Supplier Change Notifications for impact and action plan.
- Represents Supplier/TP Management program as subject matter expert.
- Manage and assess risk related to supplier/TP along with mitigation plan.
- Manage the self-inspection program and its execution accordingly.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Having relevant background related to medical products, medical device, food supplement, biotechnological, and biologics
- GMP/GLP background related to medicinal products is an added advantage
- Good communication and report writing skills in English
- Strong leadership skills in managing work teams and fostering teamwork within the department
- Strong strategic planning/thinking, decisive judgment, and implementation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible with extensive traveling
