Key Accountabilities
- Analyze energy consumption data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for savings.
- Develop and implement energy efficiency projects (e.g., HVAC optimization, lighting upgrades, process improvements).
- Monitor and report on energy performance metrics and KPIs.
- Lead initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and align with sustainability goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage energy-related projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits and inspections related to energy systems.
- Work closely with departments such as maintenance, production, quality assurance, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems including power distribution, backup generators, UPS systems, and control panels.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BE Electrical/Electronics /Mechanical with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Energy Certification will be a plus.
- Familiarity with energy reporting requirements and environmental compliance (e.g., ISO 50001, LEED, ENERGY STAR).
- Expertise in energy auditing and identifying energy-saving opportunities.
- Understanding of cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and lifecycle costing for energy projects.

position :Site Validation Lead
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Qualification and validation function to implement site validation planning by designing master plans for processes, cleaning, packaging processes and ongoing / periodic verification.
- Lead and participate in equipment qualification activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on validation-related issues to project teams and other stakeholders.
- Draft, review and assess validation data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and internal standards.
- Participate in internal and external inspection / audits in addition to representing relevant topics on the shop and having solid knowledge to communicate with auditors.
- Ensuring the team has the capacity to deliver the SVMP schedule.
- Driving continuous improvement and best practices within function.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Industrial Chemist / Pharmacist / Chemist
- About 07 – 10 years of experience in the National / Multinational Pharmaceutical
- Experience with aseptic sterile dosage forms is essential.
- Understanding of Local Drug Laws / PICs & WHO guidelines, Industrial Quality & Compliance directives, GMP (Laboratory) requirements, testing methods and Equipment validation. Environmental monitoring and cross contamination strategy
