we are hiring Assistant Trade Marketing Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Develop tailored business plans by channel, as well as collaborate effectively with the sales team to align initiatives with objectives.
- Execute impactful, channel-specific promotional and shopper engagement programs to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Implement store-level strategies with SMART planning, optimize SKU mix, and enhance brand shopability in key accounts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on shopper behavior and retail dynamics, guiding pricing, distribution, and portfolio strategies.
- Analyze sales and market data, measure campaign effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed to reflect the market dynamics.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, trade category operations, channel management or a similar role, preferably with skin care or hair care experience, and in FMCG. Field sales experience is a plus.
- Solid grasp of retail dynamics and shopper behavior, with strong analytical skills in sales data and market trends.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with retailers and distributors, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in budget management and cost optimization, with strong organizational capabilities.

Position : Sr. Officer Quality Assurance – Sterile
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the GMP and GDP compliance on shop floor.
- Perform regular line Clearances and In-process checks on shop floors as per the relevant SOP and methods.
- Report non-compliances, Quality event and / or anomalies occurred on the shop floor.
- Review & verify batch reconciliation with regards to material and product.
- Review the batch documents to ensure the completeness, correctness & GMP compliance.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Pharmacy Graduate (B. Pharm / Pharm D) / M.Sc. (Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Biochemistry, Microbiology).
- At least 1 year experience & have sufficient knowledge of manufacturing & packaging processes and QA role is must.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirement.
