Field Training Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical and soft skills training to Sales Force.
- Conduct TNA for MSRs and District Managers and follow up on results.
- Work with Sales Managers and District Managers to meet training needs in their teams.
- Deliver induction and ISTP training to new MSRs for effective job execution.
- Organize and implement training programs to enhance field force performance.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to District Managers and field force as needed.
- Sales force certification and post-training evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, HR, and BO on training-related projects.
- Update and upgrade training content for assigned portfolios regularly.
- Track and report monthly training KPIs and training outcomes.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor or master’s degree in science, medical, pharmacy or any other disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and influencing.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledgeable in product/disease areas (a plus).
