We are hiring District Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
- Implementation of Marketing Strategy and Sales Certification through Reps.
- Ensure ROI of Promotional Marketing Inputs.
- Build and develop business relationship with Target Audience / Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Evaluate, maintain & develop the reps’ knowledge related to selling skills and products.
- Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
- Ensuring Physician targeting (potential analysis) on regular basis by updating contact list of the team.
- Effective utilization of ‘Sales & KPIs Dashboard’ as per Objectives.
- Regular reports on Market Intelligence / Competition.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of Managerial experience in Pharma Sales or 3 Years Marketing Experience
- Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
- Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
