𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Design and implement control systems for injection molding machines (PLCs, HMIs, sensors).
Integrate automation (robots, arms, vision systems) to streamline production.
Troubleshoot machine electronics, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
Lead commissioning of new machines, ensuring optimal performance.
Monitor performance using data acquisition systems and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams.
Train operators and technicians on electronic systems.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in injection molding or manufacturing).
Strong background in PLC programming, robotics, schematics, and circuits.
