Job Summary:
- Oversee the marketing function and lead a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to maximize revenue, gross margins, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation of the marketing plan.
- Develop new marketing strategies to improve sales and revenue.
- Maintain existing brands and drive growth.
- Drive innovation and prioritize product development based on market research.
- Track portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and oversee product lifecycles.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a team of Product Managers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a background in Gynae, Gastro, Peads, and Cardiometabolic portfolios.
- BSc./Pharm D/MSc./MBA Degree(s).
- Relevant experience in a similar role at a reputable organization.
