𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers.
Research specialized vendors on platforms like Alibaba and Made in China.
Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and documentation.
Evaluate vendor quotations for best value, quality, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
Issue POs, track deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of procurement experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of international sourcing and customs procedures is a plus.
Fluent in English.
