Herbion Pakistan is looking for Finance Executive.

Qualification: MBA / ACCA

Responsibilities:
- Quarterly physical Inventory Verification of Raw, Packaging, Semi finished & Finished Products.
- Proper filling of payment documents along with all supports.
- Coordinate with Different Banks.
- Payroll Verification of respective location.
- Vendor reconciliation & vendor knocking. Respond to the vendor related queries on timely basis.
- Petty Cash management along with proper recording.
- Preparing of Departmental Monthly Budget and making variance analysis at every month end by comparing budget with actual results & reporting the various along with reason to Head Office.
- Daily preparation of Bank reconciliation.
- Timely recording of Bills, Executing payments in accordance with company policies.
