Job Opportunity: Head of IT Transformation & Digitalization
Location: Karachi – Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive automation and digitalization projects across all functions, aligning IT strategy with organizational growth and cost optimization.
Data & Analytics Utilization: Leverage AI, ML, Python, Power BI, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Project & Change Management: Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives with defined timelines, optimized resources, and measurable ROI.
Leadership & Collaboration: Provide strategic direction, influence cross-functional teams, and build digital capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT transformation, automation, and analytics.
Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2, Certified Data Scientist, Microsoft Power BI, AWS / Azure Cloud Certification, AI / ML Certification.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
