Job Summary
The Executive – E-Commerce (ASEAN) will support the execution, optimization, and growth of the company’s online business across key ASEAN marketplaces and D2C platforms.
The role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Southeast Asian e-commerce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations across ASEAN e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon (where applicable), and brand D2C sites
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with local marketplace guidelines
Coordinate product launches, price updates, promotions, and stock availability across markets
Sales & Performance Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by country and platform
Track KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROAS/ACOS, and inventory sell-through
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
Promotions & Campaign Execution
Execute platform-led campaigns (Mega Sales, Brand Days, Flash Sales, Payday campaigns, etc.)
Coordinate discounting, vouchers, bundles, and visibility placements
Support planning and execution of regional and local promotional calendars
Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Monitor stock cover, aging inventory, and OOS risks across ASEAN markets
Support cross-border fulfillment and local warehouse coordination
Digital Marketing Support
Support execution of paid ads on marketplaces (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads)
Coordinate with internal or external agencies on campaign setup and optimization
Monitor ad performance and assist in budget tracking and optimization
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, customer service, and local partners
Liaise with marketplace account managers and third-party service providers
Support compliance with local regulations, labeling, and content requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of ASEAN e-commerce marketplaces
Basic to intermediate knowledge of marketplace ads, promotions, and seller tools
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce, last-mile logistics, and payment methods
Soft Skills
Strong execution and follow-up skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online marketplaces
Experience working with ASEAN markets is highly preferred
Knowledge of FMCG, Health & Wellness, Beauty, or Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals is a plus
