Brand & Communication Specialist (Karachi)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Science or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, or brand management.
- Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content generation, and visual campaigns.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive creative and engaging internal communication campaigns that inspire and connect employees.
- Develop content (newsletters, posts, videos, and visuals) with a strong storytelling approach.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Partner with design, digital, and creative agencies to create visually compelling, on-brand content.
- Manage and enhance the company’s social presence through creative storytelling and high-quality digital content.
- Monitor engagement trends, experiment with new formats, and refine creative strategies accordingly.
- Support the development and execution of global communication strategies with an audience-centric approach.
- Provide creative input and execution support for corporate announcements, branding initiatives, and executive messaging.
