WE ARE HIRING Executive Secretary – Office Coordination
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in same capacity, experience of hospitality industry is preferred.
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders, particularly regarding new openings.
Supervise documentation processes, including progress reports and budget tracking.
Serve as a liaison between developers, owners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the management of contracts, RFPs, MOUs, and ensure compliance with corporate legal requirements.
Support technical operations and ensure readiness for new developments.
Represent project progress in meetings, enhancing visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Promote and integrate the Hashoo Group service culture across all new properties.
Manage commercial and revenue-related activities, in the capacity of office coordinator.
