WE ARE HIRING Design Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, engineering or a closely related field. License in architecture is required. Project Management certification is preferred.
Responsibilities/ Skills:
- Create detailed building designs and drawings using CAD, while addressing project feasibility, legislative constraints, and budget considerations.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulations.
- Select materials, specify requirements, and resolve issues to maintain design integrity.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Negotiate with contractors, manage site work, and ensure designs meet local regulations and client expectations from start to finish.
- Develop interior design concepts, selecting finishes, furniture, and layouts to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in designing residential and commercial Projects
Location: Lahore
