Hascol Petroleum Limited Jobs Logistics Officer:
Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking a 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to be appointed at 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐞.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· To ensure smooth and uninterrupted supplies
· Supervise and training of junior staff
· Ensure fleet availability as per requirements
· Fair distribution of loads among carriage contractors
· Vendor journey management
· Daily checking of tank lorry safety, ETA/ATA
· Timely preparation and submission of management reports
· Ensure product filling and receipt operations
· Maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelors/Masters
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of OMC Logistics and Fleet management experience. Must possess good command of MS Excel, and ERP Systems. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong and varied network of contacts across the industry.
