🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective on-the-job training of team members
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) and sessions accordingly
- Provide coaching and counselling
- Follow up on monthly training calendar and sessions at restaurant level
- Identify key areas of improvement
- Ensure implementation of operational standards
- Ensure food safety and quality standards
