Position: Executive Secretary
Experience: 4 to 6 years in the same capacity
Responsibilities:
- Managing all tasks assigned by or for the CEO
- Managing meetings, presentations, calendar of the CEO
- Assisting the CEO in routing tasks
All tasks related to routine work of the Management which relates the CEO
Must Haves: - Excellent English communication skills – Written & Verbal Both
- Hands-on experience of Outlook, Calendar & MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
