Job description
Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
Designing sales incentives to drive business objectives
Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: MBA / BBA
Experience: 2 to 3 years of the relevant field (Experience in Home Appliances, Electronics would be preferred).
