PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. To make and control annual Factory budget.
2. To prepare annual and monthly Production Planning for KA.
3. To participate in management review meeting to provide over all factory operation situation and future activity plan, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Mid year and yearly.
4. To make sure the production work will be carried out according to standard given by HQ.
5. Supervise development plan for new product and existing improvement.
6. To ensure the training requirement for all station key staff.
7. To arrange monthly CSD meeting to get market feedback and assure it’s reduction through process improvement or product improvement.
8. To reduce non confirmative product in factory and market.
9. To improve product quality and reduce PDR and improve production targets.
10. To insure productivity rate improvement every year according factory design standard.
11. Expenses control management and planning as per set target from management side.
12. To ensure product quality as per standard defined from HQ side.
13. Store consumption control P/Unit cost down as per set target.
14. To ensure product quality as per standard defined from HQ side.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc Mechanical / MBA
• Experience: 5-6 Years of Relevant Experience
