QUALITY SECTION HEAD – P2
• Ensure availability and implementation of all relevant standards and work instructions at each workstation. • Authorize and evaluate any material, part, or process changes, including execution of approved engineering changes. • Lead initiatives for part, product, and process improvement to enhance operational quality. • Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team for smooth model launches and proper standard implementation. • Identify reasons for rework and rejection in manufacturing and general assembly; develop and apply corrective actions. • Analyze top market issues and implement countermeasures on the production floor. • Conduct on-the-job training sessions to strengthen staff capabilities in quality and process handling. • Verify first samples at all production stations and conduct daily finished goods audits with improvement action plans.
Requirements: • Education: BSc (Mechanical/Electrical) • Experience: 3 to 4 Years of Relevant Experience
