We Are HIRING Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
- Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention.
- Ensuring that distributions have optimum stock levels for each SKU according to Stock Cover Days policy of company.
- Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
- Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent
- Fresh – 1 Year Experience in FMCG

We Are HIRING Quality Assurance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) requirements from incoming materials to end products until consumed by the customer.
- Supervision of shift QC staff and QA/QC activities to ensure compliance.
- Ensure finished syrup batching is conducted according to Manufacturing Master Instructions (MMI) and meets PCI specifications and legal requirements.
- Cross checking of syrup process, online testing and end product from warehouse. Ensure production startups and maintenance protocol are implemented and compliant.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment for accurate results.
- Proactively handle all non-conformities, communicate timely, stop production if needed, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle complaints and market / distributor visits to ensure compliance. Manage internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Chemistry or Food Science & Technology
- Lead Auditor and FSSC certification preferred.
- 03 – 05 Years Experience in FMCG
