We Are HIRING Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of bank reconciliation
- Verify invoices from relevant department before processing in system
- Posting all type of invoices in SAP after matching with good receipt note and purchase order
- Weekly vendor’s balances age analysis for approval purpose
- Prepare weekly approval list of all supplier invoices due for payment.
- Check active/inactive, Filer/Non filer status from FBR portal of each supplier for withholding tax purpose
- Extract WHT certificate and share with vendor
- Post journal entries of all vendor payments in SAP
- Communication with suppliers regarding all invoices, sales tax and payment related queries
- Posting of all expenses monthly accrual for monthly financial closing
- Balance reconciliation with supplier’s ledger
- Preparation of Debit/Credit Note and shared with suppliers
- Online transfer payments to Vendors
Job Requirements:
- M.Com/MBA Finance and Accounting, ACCA part qualified
- 2-3 years of experience in Payables
