Position Available : Supply Chain Business Partner
Description:
1-Lead supply chain operation to deliver products as per demand on time.
2-Proactively identifying key supply/demand imbalance, assessing risk, running root cause analysis, evaluating options and proposing solutions and ensuring corrective / preventive actions in place.
3-Optimizing stock holding levels within the total supply chain through a detailed understanding of the key planning parameters and E2E process.
4-Proactively involve in CCC (Core Commercial Cycle including DRM, SRM, Local S&OP,) process to assess capacity constraints to maximize customer service, balance supply and demand to minimize inventory and operating cost.
5-Lead and manage overall procurement, in order to support business processes by providing un-interrupted and cost efficient supplies in the areas of Raw/pack materials, indirect material and services, IS/Media/Marketing and professional services.
Education: MBA in Supply Chain from a reputable institution.
Requirements:
1-At least 6-8 years of experience in supply chain department of which at least 4 years of experience as a managerial role in a reputed FMCG sector.
2-Must be result oriented and strong focus in business partnership.
3-Excellent communication, interpersonal skills along with convincing and influencing skills to accomplish the task independently.
