Position Available: Costing & Budgeting Executive
-Work closely with all operational departments for areas related to product costing, covering both fixed and variable costs, and ensuring all costs are accurately tracked.
- Review and analyse expense reports.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, etc.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of productivity.
- Monitor budget to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
- Prepare expense/ cost reports for the management.
- Ensure timely financial closing of the production plant, ensuring that all accruals/expenses have been posted, raw/ packing material has been issued against each process order and machine/ labor hours are posted against them.
- Prepare monthly variances report, Stock report, GP Margin reports.
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Education: ICMA Part Qualified/ CA part qualified/ ACCA Finalist
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience.
