Position Available: Revenue Accountant

Description:

1. Monitoring of expenses and fund transfer to regional offices.
2. Monitoring/Supervise disbursement of expenses of sale staff activities specially.
3. Ensure timely payments of rent on monthly basis and adjustment of all advance rent, deposit etc.
4. Receivable position on weekly & monthly basis.
5. Monitoring of Debtor’s Accounts activities specially Institutional Customers.
6. Monitoring of Customer Sale Return and reviewing of inventory impact on GL balance.
7. Monitoring and ensuring timely recording of collections in the GL.
8. To follow up on all overdue in customer accounts on regular basis.
9. To follow up and adjustment of Sales return.
10. Process final settlement of customers.
11. Liaise with the sales team and customers for account reconciliation issues particularly with respect to sales tax matters.
12. To follow up all outstanding entries relating to customer collection in bank reconciliation.
13. Price update of inventory (Finished Goods) in ERP for all Customers (HOM & HQF).
14. Supervision of Physical stock taking of finished goods.
15. Misc. Sale of Loose Oil/Ghee ,Fatty Acid, Staff Quota and Sample.
16. Adjustment of Finished Goods, Packing Materials of ware houses.
17. Revenue reporting customer and product wise.

Requirements: 10-12 years proven experience in the same capacity from FMCG Sector or Edible Oil.
