Position Available : QC Inspector
Description
1-Inspection of product (problem identification & help production supervisor for rectification).
2-Sale Return Analysis and verification.
3-Control of Transit Damage and share report on weekly basis.
4-Monitor dispatch activity and verification of vehicles according to quality parameters.
5-Monitoring of Machine efficiency (Pouch,Bottle,Tin & Shrink Wrap Machine)
6-Preparation of Daily Random Inspection Report of Packaging material
7-Preparation of Daily Random Inspection Report of Product
Retention of Control sample with their traceability record.
8-Verification of texture in Banaspati as per defined frequencies.
9-Raise NC on daily quality issues and suggested related action for mitigation
10-Implement all GMP protocol for continuous improvement.
11-Incoming & Outgoing Oil tanker inspection regarding Sampling & CIP clearance.
12-Sampling of all Finish Stock and provide status to Warehouse for dispatch.
Requirements : 2-3 years in a large scale environment.
