HABIBMETRO is inviting applications for Program Manager – North & Central, OG II to OGI for Human Resource Division (Lahore). Experience: 3 years’ experience in similar role. Relevant professional certifications / qualifications (TTT, CHRP, SHRM CP & SCP) would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all communication related to training activities (including in-house, digital and ex-house training) for the assigned portfolio.
- Support in execution of LNA data collection and implementation of training plan for the assigned portfolio.
- Assist in design and delivery of any additional training requirements that arise during the year for the assigned portfolio.
- Assist Head L&D in execution of any OD activities for the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of training records in system for subsequent MIS reporting to stakeholders (including regulator and Group).
- Take timely, appropriate action based on participant feedback and recommendations by senior management for training programs.
- Provide assistance to Head L&D in communication (Learning Review, Result announcements, Newsletter, etc.).
- Monitor budgets for in-house and ex-house training requirements to ensure compliance with assigned limits for the assigned portfolio (includes periodic update on variance).
