Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for FATCA and CRS framework.
- Ensure branches are clear on AML/FATCA/CRS trends, issues and emerging risks.
- Identify material non-compliance of FATCA & CRS due diligence requirements and take remedial measures to prevent their recurrence.
- Review FATCA and CRS related documentation and ensure accurate classifications.
- Point of contact for FATCA and CRS related escalations and queries.
- Liaise with ITD to ensure timely development of FATCA & CRS modules in hPLUS.
- Ensuring timely and accurate FATCA and CRS reporting.
- Implementation of other compliance related projects.
