Habib Bank Limited HBL Jobs Senior HR Relationship Manager:
HBL is looking to hire a Senior HR Relationship Manager in Human Resources function, Karachi, who will be responsible to lead efficient delivery and implementation of all Human Resource services, policies and programs for an assigned business area and adds value to the strategic direction and performance of the business while ensuring its alignment with Bank’s HR objectives focused towards enhancing the function’s productivity through HR’s support role, motivation and team play.
Job Details
- Training, motivating and evaluating personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies.
- Providing time efficient, quality hiring solutions through direct talent identification while participating in career fairs in close consultation with resourcing team.
- Facilitating execution of all HR policies and programs within one specified jurisdiction in line with the bank’s HR strategy in order to maintain Bank’s operational efficiency and deliver exemplary service.
Location: Karachi
Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resources field.
Experience: 8- 10 Years of relevant experience preferably in Banking.
