Responsibilities:
- Translate market trends and company vision into product requirements and functional specifications.
- Build processes to ensure we scale payments efficiently.
- Aid in the management of relationships with new and existing financial institutions.
- Identify important trends to incorporate into business strategy (changing regulatory environments, payments industry, aggregator models, e-commerce, key industry segments, etc within the region).
- Support governance processes for business payments.
- Draw on internal/external market research and competitive intelligence in order to identify new market opportunities.
- Work with customers, development, support, sales, marketing and the management team to design features and specifications that will grow the company’s revenues and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with the development team on wireframes and prototypes to enhance the usability and functionality of the application.
- Understand and enhance the digital payments experience for value chain partners by reducing friction and adding digital features to deliver a superior customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the digital financial services space
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key business partners
- Fimiliar with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Experience with flowcharting tools, such as Microsoft Visio
