We are looking for a passionate and energetic Management Trainee Officer – Industrial Engineering (MTO-IE) to join our growing team at Nizam.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct time & motion studies to improve production efficiency
• Assist in capacity planning, line balancing & work-study analysis
• Support Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma initiatives
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze data and prepare reports for process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity
🔹 Requirements: - Proficiency in ERP software + hands-on experience in MS Office & business suites
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of cutting optimization techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Fresh candidates or up to 6 months of experience can apply
