Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Assistant Manager – Provincial Implementation and Monitoring’ based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- · Complete ToTs, documentation, and program reports
- · Oversee trickle-down training according to M&E checklists
- · Oversee the quality of social action projects implementation
- · Achieving the allocated training and M&E deadlines and targets
- · Ensure that all ToTs and trickle-down trainings in respective universities are effectively implemented and KPIs are met
- · Maintain quality records of the trainings, participants, pre and post-tests, and invoices
- · Lead Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of training, trickle down trainings and operational SOPs
- · Develop M&E plans and execute them
- · Supervise and conduct regular monitoring visits in universities to evaluate trickle-down trainings and implementation of social action projects
- · Fortnightly and monthly performance review meetings to monitor the performance of universities for trickle-down training.
- · Verify and prepare databases
- · Timely submission of work plans and execution in the field through perpetual contacts and appointments
- · Development and submission of reports, work plans, and expenses to the Head Office per deadlines
- · Maintain relationships with government departments, university teams and donors where required and guided by the program manager
- · Support photography and final video development
- · Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Knowledge and Experience:
- · Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
- · 3 – 4 Years of training experience with professors and students
- · Knowledge of Family Planning, SRHR, and contraceptives is must
