Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Sales Manager – FMCG based at Faisalabad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to ensure continued development and expansion of assigned products by implementing Distribution/Pricing/Shelving/Merchandising (DPSM) for meeting organizational goals
- Actively contribute to planning and formation of sales strategies
- Ensure product availability in the market through site evaluation and by monitoring field presence of the distributor’s sales force
- Expand outlet coverage in the market through direct sales and by adopting productivity improvement measures
- Conduct market surveys and to collect trade insight to evaluate the impact of sales and marketing strategies
- As per the given targets of sales and outlets opening through GS and distributor’s field/sales staff
- Custodian of the implementation of marketing strategies, BTL activities for condoms off take in the market through distributor and dedicated sales force
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum Graduate
- 3-4 years of experience
