Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is actively searching for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team in the role of “Deputy Manager – Area Sales” based at Sukkur.
Job Responsibilities:
- 100% CYPs and unit targets achievement of Condoms in the assigned area.
- Implement of sales strategies to ensure continued development and expansion of assigned products by implementing Distribution / Pricing / Shelving / Merchandising (DPSM) for meeting organizational goals.
- Ensure the listing of at least 540 FMCG outlets in the work plan of each SPO with weekly, fortnightly and monthly frequency as per the assigned grading and 80:20 rule.
- Ensure product availability at least on the 90% of the listed FMCG outlets, whereas to ensure at least one SKU’s display at least on the 60% of listed FMCG outlets.
- Responsible to ensure reach, frequency and impact at all listed outlets by monitoring day wise PJPs/RADARs through combined working with SPOs and back check activities by submitting an advance work plan by 27th of every month.
- Conduct daily analysis meetings with SPOs, ensuring timely order supplies through distributors.
- Implement GSM automated ordering for shop-to-order efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate closely with distributor’s field management for timely order supply from covered FMCG outlets and Sub-distributors.
- Identify and recommend talent for vacant territories and quality sub-distributors within 10 working days of openings or SD resignations
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Market knowledge, territory’s geographical knowledge, condom’s selling, experience will be an added advantage
- Graduate from a HEC Recognized Institute
- At least five years as SPO, three years as MIO
