Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position Assistant Manager – Supportive & Supervision based at Buner/Peshawar.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage, train, and monitor Sitara Bajis (SBs)
· Direct and assign SBs and CHOs as needed to ensure all aspects of quality service delivery
· Review various training curriculum at regular intervals and advise to incorporate the new advancements in FP/MC
· Drafting monthly work plan for the staff and ensure its implementation throughout the month
· Monitor Field Staff (Sitara Baji and Community Health Officer) employee(s) compliance with operational standards, along with other department and company policies and practices.
· Support in conducting technical sessions in FP/MCH promotion and provider recognition seminars
· Timely record and report the gaps in staff performance or services to the line-manager
· Support Deputy Manager Project in arranging and conducting trainings and QA tasks
· Review and make changes to personnel assignments with PMU office and supervisors to ensure that the best employees are in each position.
· Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBBS/BDS/Medical technologist/MPH/Master’s degree from a recognized University / Institution
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Good command on clinical and non-clinical skills
