We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations for pesticides and fertilizers across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in agrochemical sales, channel development, distributor management, and farmer engagement, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
Build and strengthen distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
Drive product promotions, field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
10–12 years of progressive sales experience in pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, or agrochemicals.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/regional role.
Strong understanding of crop cycles, agronomy practices, and rural markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage large territories and distributor networks.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
