Position :Technical Business Analyst
Location: Karachi (only Karachi candidates)
Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in requirement engineering, gap analysis, functional solution design, agile methodologies
Job Description:
·Align both solution strategy and high-level design with the Product Manager and Scrum Team
·Analyzing the domain/system and suggesting solution options
·Enable the team to deliver the envisioned solution, e. g. by providing the necessary information to Tech/Delivery Leads and Scrum Team
·For cross-squad or end-to-end topics: Align with (Technical) Business Analysts from other squads on cross cutting concerns and APIs from a (functional) perspective
·Provide Input for Test Automation cases
·Review & Refine Epics/Stories with the Scrum Team and review the outcomes with major stakeholders
·Proactively support Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews and retrospectives
Required Skills:
·Efficient and effective use of provided tools and applied processes for all established collaboration models and distributed work (Jira, Confluence, MSOffice365, SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)
Qualification:(BS/BSC/BE in Software or relevant disciplines)
