- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents to clients.
- Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about travel advisories and safety information.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service offerings.
- Reporting cases to finance on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Experience Required: 3-5 years
- Education: Bachelors
