Join our team at Gerry’s Travel Agency (Pvt) Ltd. a leading name in the travel & tourism industry. We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Executive – Hajj & Umrah to manage and coordinate end-to-end religious travel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Hajj & Umrah bookings, visa processing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and Saudi counterparts.
- Provide pre-departure briefings and on-call support to pilgrims.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi and Pakistani Hajj/Umrah regulations.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Hajj & Umrah operations.
- Proficiency in Umrah portals (e.g., Maqam, Tasheel).
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
