Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales coordination, Marketing, Sales support in agrochemical company.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing

Job Description:

• Sales Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to:
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.  
  • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results.  
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Manage and coordinate sales team with daily tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact between sales and other departments i.e. Finance, Operations etc.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales presentations, and other activities with the sales team. Resolve issues related to sales orders.
  • Manages administrative tasks and customer inquiries to ensure smooth sales operations.
