- Exceptional presentation and training delivery skills.
- Strong understanding of modern agricultural practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and stamina for extensive travel across Pakistan
Education: Master’s degree in Agriculture
Job Description:
Deputy Manager Training & Development is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Design and deliver impactful training programs for farmers, field staff, and stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and presentations on advanced agricultural practices and technologies
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop training materials and modules.
- Travel extensively across Pakistan to facilitate on-ground training and support.
- Assess the progress of trainees through tests, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness
