Sales Coordinator
2-3 Years Experience
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Seed Division with documentation, coordination, and record management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare PRs, ERs, IOMs, performance (Target vs Achievement) and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and R&D teams for daily operations and follow-ups.
- Compile and maintain all seed data and company records in Excel.
- Manage new files, renewals, trials, inspections, and FSCRD updates.
- Assist seniors with correspondence and special assignments.
Skills:
- Strong command of MS Excel & MS Office
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and record management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
