𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐒𝐄 (𝐇𝐔𝐁 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭)
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Oversee health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of safety.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Conduct regular site inspections and implement safe practices.
Ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
Oversee correct equipment installation.
Write reports, bulletins, and newsletters.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigate hazards.
Handle hazardous substances safely.
Liaise with authorities and organize/attend health and safety meetings.
Compile and analyze statistics; make recommendations post-accidents.
Stay updated with industry developments.
Present to employees/managers and provide health and safety training.
Investigate incidents and write internal policies.
Ensure yearly EPA certification.
Develop safe operational procedures.
Create monthly HSE dashboards and quarterly HSE slides for GC.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
4-5 years of HSE management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Safety Management.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.

An ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Assisting in preparation of reports on daily basis (Back Log & Dispatch Report)
- Follow up with Head Office (finance, accounts etc.) and factory team on matters including but not limited to, payments, credit notes, complaints etc.
- Coordinate with the sales team to deal with all the matters and queries of the internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare order confirmation (OC), Performa invoice, Internal Sales Order (ISO)
- Maintaining log of customers complaints
- Update customers payment’s collection entries in respective customers’ ledgers.
