𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – Assistant Manager Finance
The position is Karachi based (Shahrah-e-Faisal) and following is a brief JD:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Review and posting of all the JVs, vendor invoices and bank payments in SAP
- Finalization of fixed assets register i.e., assets purchase & its tagging, disposals, and execution of monthly depreciation run
- Keep an up-to-date record of open CAPEX orders, fixed assets clearing a/c and WIP account in SAP and produce a reconciliation report with remarks against the open items for the review of Head of Finance on monthly basis
- Ensure accurate inventory positions at warehouses and outlets through cyclical counts, oversee inventory valuation, and identify discrepancies
- Review and ensure compliance with the applicable sales tax and income tax rules, regulations and reporting timelines
- Preparation of sales tax reconciliation report and ensure that all the reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner
- Look after statutory and legal matters of the division under the guidance of Head of Finance
- Liaise with internal auditors and external auditors mainly for the relevant job functions
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Education: ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant working experience
