Designation: Senior Content Associate
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:

•Assist the AM Content to develop and execute new Processes/SOP’s, continuous improvements of processes, data analysing, and update the data in the system.
•To be a creative problem solver and able to perform root cause analysis.
•Leading a team responsible for all changes reflecting on Front end.
•Onboarding & activation of new accounts
•Provide support to the sales team on face-to-face/call training sessions with prospective clients.
•Manage a team of content associates to review quality of content creation, and generate actionable insights to improve overall quality
•Design and execute content quality improvement initiatives to maximize conversion rate.
•Examine competitors and adjacent industries to identify key innovations, adapt and implement them in foodpanda
•Ensure all tasks are completed & all changes are made well within the turnaround time

Requirements:

•BBA with 1-2 years of experience.
•Experience within Community Management, Content Analysis, Content Development & Management, Content Planning, SQL and Data Analysis, would be a strong advantage.
