Responsibilities
You will manage foodpanda customer experience centers, vendor’s services team, Vendor Onboarding, Partner Services team, vendor automation and content management team and develop the business segments to provide world class service to our valued customers and partnering restaurants.
Liaison with the CEO, regional and global team to roll out initiatives.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
Innovate business processes to achieve higher satisfaction for customers and restaurants.

Requirements
Proven experience in running business operations.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning.
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
An Engineering Background with a master’s degree in the relevant principle will be the ideal profile.
