We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate – Talent Acquisition Expansions for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
Job Description:
- Conducting end to end recruitment process of Expansions nationwide.
- Design and plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Process documentations and paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process.
- Compensating and negotiating employees with consistency and integrity.
- Resolving employee issues and counseling.
- Provide off-boarding support to all employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- At least 1+ years of work experience in relevant field of work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Process-oriented and data-driven.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
- Proactive and could lead independent projects.
- Excellent English skills.
