Position: Project Trainee

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a better experience for our vendors.
- Monitoring vendor complaint ratio and figuring out root causes for those complaints.
- Analyse vendor contact reasons and make action plans to decrease them.
- Retaining the existing base and reaching out to the vendors who have churned.
- Catering to daily vendor queries and coming up with a prompt resolution.
- Educating vendors on the standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Prior experience in an FMCG, Fashion brand is a huge plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- You don’t miss the details.
- You are a natural hustler.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You have a passion for what we are building .
